Stagstone is a delightful, one bedroom apartment with a comfortable king size bed, a large open-plan kitchen and living area and a small, but beautifully appointed, toilet and shower room with heated towel rail. The whole apartment is new and has recently been completely refurbished. The apartment is an integral unit within the owners’ own home but has its own entrance, parking space and a small terrace with table and chairs for relaxing outside in this quiet, peaceful area.

The apartment is fully equipped for a luxurious stay with all the necessary appliances:
electric cooker, induction hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, washer/drier, fridge with a small freezer compartment, microwave, N’espresso machine, kettle and toaster and a large smart TV.

The location

Fortrose is a quiet village on the Black Isle, equidistant from Inverness and Dingwall, each of which can be reached within 25 minutes’ drive. Fortrose has a small but well-equipped supermarket, a pharmacy, an artisan bakery, a butcher, two churches, podiatrist and a number of independent gift shops. There is a hotel offering authentic American-style food as well as a traditional pub and a restaurant at the other end of the village. The Golf Club is open to visitors and offers a comfortable, welcoming bar and an excellent restaurant, offering both snacks and fine dining.

Visitors to the Black Isle see this area as the jewel in the crown, offering a glorious beach, a tiny harbour and easy access to a renowned viewpoint for spotting dolphins, sea otters, seals and a dazzling array of seabirds.
